A founding partner of DAEM law firm, Isabelle specialises in labour and trade union law. She engages in/ is involves in all issues relating to labour law, both individually and collectively.

She began her career in the Human Resources departments of major groups: HABITAT, then CANAL+. She has also collaborated with international business firms.

At the same time, Isabelle taught at the University of Paris X - Nanterre and at the Sorbonne. She has also lectured at ESSEC business school.
