Before joining DAEM as a Partner in January 2022, Charles spent more than 10 years practising labour law with renowned law firms Jeantet and then Franklin, before joining the US firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.

Graduated with a Master II “Juriste de Droit Social” from Université Paris I Panthéon-Assas, Charles joined the EFB (Paris bar school) in 2010 and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012.

He advises both French and foreign companies, as well as representing managers, in all areas of labour and social security law.

Adopting a rigorous and pragmatic approach to the subject, he has solid experience in litigation, particularly in the area of risk and collective litigation, and is involved on a daily basis in advising and negotiating, whether on individual or collective issues.

He has also developed considerable expertise in restructuring and, in this capacity, handles the employment aspects of M&A transactions.
